We use the services of reCAPTCHA (v3) for the protection against spam through our contact forms on our CONTACT US, CUSTOMER FEEDBACK and OWNER DRIVERS REQUIRED web pages. We collect your name, email address and message from contact forms in order to respond to ypu queries. The resulting submission of contact forms are generally not shared.

We may collect your name, email address and transfer comments from our website feedback page. Your name, review and comments or testimonial may be shared on our website. If your review, comments or testimonial are posted on our website, you can request that it be removed at any time.

We collect your email address if you book a transfer so we can send you information relating to your booking only. Your email address will NEVER be used for sending you special offers, promotions or for anything other than your transfer booking.

Website Transfer Booking and Payment

The website was designed by Easy Taxi Office and their software (ETO) is used for the website, booking and payment systems to function. On booking Stripe and PayPal payment merchant services are used to accept payments. When you book and pay for an airport or city2city transfer we will collect your name, contact telephone number, email address payment information and related personal information required to complete the booking. Payment information is verified with payment processors and some meta data from the transaction is stored by the payment processor. No payment information is stored on our website. How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
